I've noticed that I've had a lot of signal loss and even at high revs on the petrol engine it keeps going on and off. I used this on an RC gas powered intruder plane. After I removed it from the system, everything was fine. The second did the same so be careful. If you check your telemetry and notice any breaks or loss of signal, I would remove those to see if they stop. The same applies to the flickering signal light.
