It's pretty neat when you get your first pair of noise-cancelling headphones, but there are situations in which it's better to turn them off. For instance, in environments with a lot of wind, the noise-cancelling feature starts stupidly adding noise. Mi in-ear pro has been removed from use. They are certainly more comfortable, they have an improved microphone, and they have an attractive appearance. This is the real improvement. However, the sound quality of these devices is not terrible; in fact, it is quite good. However, there is a significant caveat to this, and that is the fact that the sound settings on the Xiaomi Mi8 have a preset that causes high frequencies to slowly sever the eardrums on any preset lower than 3.5. It is unclear how to address this issue in a phone that is not manufactured by Xiaomi. When I used to listen to 60–70% volume on the in-ear pro, I now have to turn it all the way up to 100, and even that doesn't seem to be enough. The volume setting in the preset for Type C is noticeably lower. In general, I needed to redo all of the settings for these ears, and after I did, the sound quality improved. The error was discovered on June 28th, 2019. In general, in spite of the benefits, the day has finally arrived when the phone just ceased seeing the headphones, which they had instructed to continue functioning for a long time. Well, in the end, they lasted for a couple of months, which I think is a really terrible result because I have never encountered ears that break so quickly. In fact, I have never met anyone who has ears that break so quickly. It is a waste of money to take it to anyone else, which is why I do not recommend doing so.
