After years of using an old tuna can to store excess bacon grease, I finally broke down and bought Ourokhome canning strainer. It's really good, well made and easy to use. The bottom drip tray is ideal for those who spill bacon grease by pouring it into a container. As I don't cook bacon often, this container is a bit large for my kitchen, but I recommend it to anyone looking to save on their bacon grease. Can I recommend this sieve? Yes this is a well made product, easy to use and holds a lot of fat.
