I have both this and a cheaper version of this installed in my van. Right off the bat it looks a lot nicer than the ones that require a huge plastic cover to keep out rain. It's also much easier to install as you can remove it from the frame and screw on the frame first. before attaching it back to the frame. I've come to the conclusion that I need to buy two fans because you need to create airflow, otherwise one fan alone won't circulate the hot air properly and it will still boil inside. The extra money for this version is worth it as it's convenient to open and doesn't have to worry about rain getting in.
