Worked great - 2001 F150

I had rust on the front right hand brake hose in a small spot next to the starter motor. I tried to buy a new replacement but it's out of stock so I fixed it with this compression fitting. I cut out the 1/4" bad part of the line and install it and after bleeding the truck is ready to drive. Most of the other lines have already been replaced. Hopefully this will be the last issue for a while. After getting the brake line off the Once the retaining clamps were removed, I had to use this pipe cutter to get into the bottleneck: RIDGID 32975 Model 103 Indoor Pipe Cutter, 1/8" to 5/8" Pipe Cutter.
