I would give this unit 5 stars for now but I am deducting one star due to plumbing issues. I spent a couple of hours fixing small leaks in my water line. Finally, I took a flexible hose and an adapter to connect it to Lowe's water supply valve. A worker from the plumbing department confirmed that the type of washer and connector are not good and could leak. I was able to purchase a hose (no adapter needed) for less than $10 to connect the seat to the lines. No more leaks! I just wish the manufacturer would have spent a little more money on a quality connector hose. After installation, the seat has worked great so far. The water pressure is sufficient and the nozzle has a wide adjustment range.
