Definitely Helped on my review.
After experiencing a fall, I had bruised bones, torn ligaments and broken blood vessels, my doctor recommended this product to help stabilize my ankles for a few months. It definitely helped, but it would have been better if the instructions were a little more specific on how to fit ; e.g., "adjust straps" didn't explain why you would need to adjust the straps. A side view picture of how the brace should fit when wearing a shoe would have helped. With the design, I could not wear anything but a sport shoe, and that was tricky. Overall, if you have an ankle injury, this should help a lot.
