Incredibly bad. The top layer of paper is VERY sticky and will lift the decal if you SLOWLY peel off the paper while holding the decal in place with a squeegee. You have nowhere to hold it! Your stars will pop when the top layer of paper is peeled off. Likewise. The manufacturer's finish is MUCH different - unless of course you want a crease in the trailing edge of your flag. I've had great results with other window decals. but that's bullshit. The decal looks more like a thin strip of plastic than vinyl. Terrible waste of time and money!
