Stopped working in the middle of the first use!

I was very happy to unbox and use my Shabu Shabu Hot Pot, took it out of the box, cleaned it and started using the hot pot. Halfway through the meal the hot pot stopped working, I was so disappointed because the reviews were great and the process started so delicious. I tried to fix the problem but to no avail, so disappointed I had to return it. I'm so glad this happened before the return deadline.
