I don't usually write reviews. But I think this product deserves people to know. I've had this mount for about 2 months. This is a good mount if you want to keep your phone upright at all times. If you ever want your phone to be in a horizontal position for watching videos, or if you prefer it for GPS, forget it, it doesn't hold the phone at all and the phone just falls to the ground. It's also not so good at holding the phone vertically. I have a Galaxy S10+ and it just sits there weird. I'm going to switch to a magnetic mount. I always liked them better. Hope that helps.
