Poor quality and cheap - BUT it does the job if you only need it for a few holes

Okay first let me say you need to understand that you get what you pay for . A quality hole saw set will set you back over $100. If you buy it for less than $15, you must understand that there will be some differences. That being said, I needed this to cut some holes in MDF (about 0.5" thick). The saw was perfect for the job. However, I realized very quickly that the way it was compressed added to it can cause the tree to 'hop', so I had to use clamps to keep the tree from spinning and hitting me at high speed, I can't say for sure that a higher quality set wouldn't have this problem , but from what I've read they're usually better at preventing it.Next thing to mention is that the depth of these saws is pretty shallow..I haven't measured but if you're trying to cut through something that's over an inch thick, you're out of luck. To me, that's something that should be mentioned somewhere in the description. Finally, you can tell that it's a low-grade metal that's likely to rust if covered in oil. This is normal is the case with inferior instruments. This means that if you're buying this as an instrument that you intend to use dozens of times, you're probably better off getting a higher quality set. I had to drill 4 holes at once. I didn't really want to spend 100€ on it so this set was perfect for me. As said, make sure you know what you're getting yourself into when buying a cheap Chinese tool and not a high quality professional tool. Keeping this in mind will help. Anyone who expects €100 quality for €15 will be disappointed.
