I don't know what other people are complaining about. When installed with fasteners truly rated for the load it carries, this handle cannot fail. It's a steel band wrapped in a piece of plastic. I use it to carry an audio mixer that weighs about 50 pounds and after taking it on tour and loading and unloading it in and out of the trailer a few times it still works great.
