Review on ๐Ÿ’พ TC SUNBOW 2TB SSD - Enhanced SATA III 3D NAND Cache Performance, 2.5 Inch Internal Solid State Drive, Speeds up to 560MB/s by Carlos Cardoso

Revainrating 5 out of 5

TCSunbow SSD X3 1TB and X3 480. Inexpensive, silent: 1TB (SATA III) and 480GB (SATA II) SLOW WRITING!

Inexpensive, quiet, fast drive. On time delivery. Ironically, raw and ext4 read much faster than other filesystems. Writes MUCH slower than more expensive discs. For a cheap 1TB SSD, that's fast and plenty. The 480GB drive may be best suited for SATA II systems or as an SSD drive with a smaller SATA III boot drive. Tested on a Lenovo T430 on a SATA III mount point with Linux Mint 19 64-bit and Gnome Disk Utility. Read and write in MB/s 1000 x 10 MB sweeps.
