I have a lifting rotor, but no control unit for it. I designed a simple up/down circuit that required two normally off buttons for the up/down switches. (I press this and that and watch the display until I'm at the right angle.) These switches were supposed to be included in a larger order with a bunch of other things, but they weren't. I didn't know how to complain about a missing item when I received an email from Urtone asking if I liked them. I told my story and they sent me two more without question. Great customer support for some really good switches. Now I have to find another box for the project because these switches look too pretty to fit in the ones I already have!
