Review on 🧱 1 Gallon Korkay Concrete Dissolver and Cement Remover Solution by Ryan Mosqueda

First, what problem did I want to solve? The 3-inch drain in the laundry room basement had concrete blocking the flow completely. Concrete has been clogging drains for around 50 years! I wanted to use the sewers. Family tradition says I poured concrete down the drain when I was a teenager. (I was blamed for everything, I was such a kid) It was a lie! Ha. I'm talking about a worker many years ago repairing concrete in a basement, cleaning his tools and brushing bits of concrete out of a bucket and pouring it down the drain without properly flushing it. The only thing that is certain is that the drain was completely clogged. there is no river Nada. Drainage is secured immediately. It's a 3" elbow drain so it's hard to see. I ran the camera down the drain and saw the clog before I started using Korkai. Korkay will solve my problem, otherwise I'll have to break up the floor. Let's try Korkai, I thought, before we settle for a big headache and big spend. I used Korkai as recommended, mixed the solution down the drain and let it sit for 4 days. I wet/vacuumed the solution and repeated the process a second time with fresh solution using the same procedure. It's time to let the Korkai solution sit for a week, stirring the solution from time to time. Korkai didn't give off any smoke. Crossing my fingers, I lowered the hose down the drain (to cover the area in case it splashed back at me) and rapped on the hose, ready to stop the flow if it started receding. What happened? The drain emptied like a champ and I ran the hose at full capacity for 20 minutes. Did Korkai work? Well, before using Korkai, the drain was completely clogged; There's no doubt about it. Now it flows fully and drains as it should. You decide. I liked the solution because it's biodegradable, easy to use, and doesn't emit any fumes. I had my doubts that it would work, but you can't argue with the results. The cost of Korkay compared to the cost of demolishing the surrounding soil to fix a plumbing problem is unbeatable. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I can't technically prove it made the particular problem worse, although the results show it did. As for all that knowledge, who cares. The drain is now perfect.
