Our Brother laser printer has stopped working for a few weeks. The machine refused to pull paper from the paper tray. We've had the printer for a few years now and although it's cheap now we decided it was time to replace it. A quick internet search for problems quickly showed me that this could be a quick and cheap solution. I pulled the plug out of the socket and opened the printer and indeed the small plastic part was broken. Why does the cheap plastic part always break? Anyway, Revain shipped it 2 days later, I replaced it using the YouTube video as a guide, and voila, the printer is like new. Great item, perfect fit.
