Worked but is only good for SMALL jobs. The pen length is deceptive. The actual abrasive product is just over an inch long. I bought it to clean decorative carvings from wooden furniture during renovations. It worked great, but was used up within minutes. It is too expensive and short-lived for such work. If the grinding insert was the entire length of the pen, everything would be fine.
