It is for short babies only. That is a problem since it is also for toddlers only.
All the attributes they sell are true. The problem is, the seat is not adjustable and it sits very low. Since only babies who can walk well can use it - by the time the baby is a stable toddler, he or she is very likely too tall to use it. If the baby is tall to begin with, he or she will be too big for it even before it is useable.
