The best part of this app has been its ability for me as an incident manager/operations specialist with my employer (a medical facility)to be able take calls from anywhere in our system about any situation we are facing or have already solved! As long I'm connected via phone line it works like normal landline call; meaning you can speak into your microphone just how you normally would if talking face-2face at someone's desk etc.. There isn't much i dislike right now but some people will think otherwise especially when they're new users who do not know what features exist yet so may see everything through rose colored glasses until later down their use experience - however once familiarized there really aren’t anything bad other than maybe being too complex sometimes even after going over help video multiple times which shouldnt happen because most companies offer free assistance before purchase anyways!! If anyone was looking out side windows while driving then trackim could alert drivers behind them on where traffic issues were occurring within timeframes allowing us more opportunity to solve those problems instead simply waiting till something happens causing delays. Be prepared though since many functions require additional purchases such adding up expenses by having another subscription service required I like how easy it is to use and the amount of features it has. It's very user friendly. So far no complaints but I do wish there were more reports available for my department at this time. We are using trackit manager for our bus drivers in our school district. It is easy to use, tracks everything we need, saves us time, and provides all the information we need.
