Imaginative, but Unimpressive: The KKONES Online Shop

In all honesty, I was not thrilled with my recent buy from the KKONES online store. It's great that they want to inspire innovation and education, but their efforts haven't been very successful so far. To begin with, it took me a while to locate what I needed because the website is so cumbersome and unintuitive. Even after I located what I needed, the purchasing procedure was cumbersome and time-consuming, as it required me to re-enter the same information several times. Once my shipment came, I discovered that the items were of poor quality. My money was wasted on these because of how cheaply they were manufactured and how little use I got out of them. My children started out enthusiastic about using them, but they soon lost interest because of the products' lack of novelty and challenge. And finally, I contacted customer support and while they were helpful and quick to respond, they ultimately were unable to address my concerns to my satisfaction. I was upset and out of money after the whole ordeal was over. On the whole, KKONES online shop has some interesting ideas, but they aren't very well realized. If you're searching for inspiring and instructive materials, I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
