Review on UserGems by James Salem

I like how easy it is for me as an account manager (AM) or rep from day one in my role, which was something we were struggling with before UGM! The platform has been amazing - making prospecting/lead generation so much easier than our previous CRM system had allowed us!! We have seen tremendous growth since implementing user gems into both B2B & consumer accounts over past year. ! Nothing really at this time. Great AM tool available anywhere via browser- great product management support also.- ability build custom dashboards etc very fast without tech knowledge required. !! I love how easy it is for our team members to be able find who they need when needed, this makes their job easier! Nothing really at this point but if there was something i would like then maybe some options of different lists with similar information or what not? The best thing about user gems so far has been all the amazing support we have received from them as well as making sure everyone knows where everything can go in order to make us more efficient (this helped me out alot).
