Review on CEC Industries Bulbs W2X4 6D T 1 5: High-performance lighting solution for various applications by Matthew Riley

Purchased to replace the warning lights in my 2006 Honda CR-V instrument cluster. that they didn't fit properly on the base - they were just slightly larger in diameter. The CEC bulbs fit well if only they were a bit loose in the electrical part of the base compared to the originals. All 10 bulbs lit correctly and evenly, with no visible difference in brightness between them. I'm taking off one star for the packaging and resulting quality - they're all bundled in a small unpadded box to allow them to hang freely. a small box is then sent in an outer packaging. This can cause the bulbs to get scratches and stains on the surface. Luckily these aren't halogen bulbs so this shouldn't affect their lifespan very much. The lamp leads were not "shiny" metal, so they appear to have oxidized either due to poor storage conditions or a non-ideal alloy/material. Selection. I had to straighten some of the wires to get good grip and contact, although this may not have been strictly necessary. Overall, there are a few gripes with the finish quality, but these lights are definitely a steal if the cartridges themselves are okay. good shape - an OEM bulb + socket costs as much as this pack of 10! So far, despite the obvious quality issues, their performance has been good.
