I do not understand that these things loosen, you have to lift the gate so as not to bump your head and the window opens but it does not open by itself. There are 2 for the gate, 2 for the window and 1 for the hood. Nothing is easier and quicker to replace than windscreen wiper blades. The gate lifts without much help, the window opens and lifts itself. Pull out the old clip and remove it as is. Click, click, done. Very satisfied, fast delivery. Chevrolet Tahoe 2008.
