Works like clockwork, no need to remove stereo

I took another reviewer's advice and pulled out the old aux with pliers. At first I didn't think the wire would be enough to replace it without removing other items from the dash. However, with just enough tugging and wiggling, and with another pair of hands to catch it, we were able to press the latch with a screwdriver to pull the old one out and it was fairly easy to slot in the new one. It fits just like the old one and works like a charm. I am very happy.
