I've been using it for several weeks. I can't say the growth spurt was overwhelming. However, the fall was not that strong. Shedding stopped almost at 110%. Smells of curry and incense. None of the smells are bad for me, so that's okay. I added a small drop of coconut oil to get rid of the curry smell. It helps me.
