I am currently not impressed with this item. To .
I am not convinced by this product at the moment. After installing according to the manufacturer's instructions, I found that the insulated screw connection on the top of the mounting plate tended to leak. I'm not sure how to solve this problem. I was thinking of using some kind of gasket or other sealant. I'm not sure I would buy this again. When you buy, allow time for trial and error.
