This is a GREAT product! I love the fact that I don't keep throwing paper towels away after wiping them down here and there. They wash really well and dry well, lay them flat and bam! I've done everything and I feel better. I have one problem and why I didn't give it 5 stars is their storage. I need to have this on my counter so I can just grab it while cooking or cleaning or whatever. No matter what I do, they do NOT stay in character. I even bought a new pull arm paper towel dispenser and it won't hold it. I grab the unpapertowl and they all fall. Therefore, they must find a way to improve the "Dispenser". I would buy more of these for gifts but not until they figured it out.
