I have a hard time spending a lot of money on a tape measure, but there are always a few things I hate about everyone. This time, after seeing the reviews on the web, I spent a little money on this product. Well you get what you pay for. This is Milwaukee so I expect quality. The last clip doesn't interfere with reading the tape under 1 inch (my eyesight isn't the same anymore); wear-resistant coating feels hard; automatic return is strong; the magnet of the end clamp is very strong; I also love the dial on the back; has a nice long reach before collapsing. We have probably 6 roulettes on our "flip project", I always look for this one even if I have to look for it. My new standard. Many Thanks.
