The quality is at the highest level, be sure to try it.

Again they were poorly packed - the pencils were pressed against the wall of the box, not lined with paper (all the paper was just in the center of the box so that the goods would not hang out

Pros

Pencils are bright soft, do not scratch the paper, do not break, already sharpened!

Cons

VERY POORLY soluble in water! They don't mix, leaving a pencil mark!
