I bought this to use the temperature control function. I've never seen a minimum of 60F anywhere. I expected it to run at high/3 speed during the night to circulate the air and cool the house during the night. We had nighttime temps in the 50's and daytime temps in the high 90's. When the air in the window is 60 it resets/turns off - where I need it to go upstairs and really circulate in the cool night air. Instead I have to leave it on level 3 all night - without using the thermostat. It works well. The fan is quiet, efficient, and connects well so I can check temperatures and adjust controls from another room. I only wish the temperature control would let me set below 60F. It's in a vacant room at the back of our house, well locked up, but further down the hall (with a box fan) where I have a fan on a stand blowing out a broken window, the room stays 80's when that fan slows down/stops at 60. If temperature control below 60 is not an issue for you then this is a great product.
