perfect for my snake (but requires lid locks)
I love the open/close format this lid offers - great for reaching my snake without having to scoot around one of its lights and makes it easier to to return to her of the aviary, since half of it is already covered at the top. It should be noted that they definitely need lid locks to contain snakes. Without them, the animal can easily push off the top and run away.
