The slider takes a little practice and technique to smoothly slide the pizza in and out of the oven. I found it very easy to add cornmeal under the dough so the pizza doesn't stick to the cutting board where I pick it up and it doesn't stick to the skin when I put it in the oven Use cornmeal on the stone or skin . Flour under the pizza dough, over time it becomes more sticky and eventually sticks to the surface. All the fillings come off when you try to glue the shell underneath. I'm a regular pizza delivery guy, people are even starting to think I know what I'm doing :)
