It was disappointing that the phone was sent in a soft case, but it arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. The Samsung box didn't seem to open but was incomplete inside. Cane phone with international charger, but seller provided an adapter to adapt foreign pins to US standard. The Samsung charger that came with this phone uses the included USB-C to USB-C charge/data cable. The box also included a pair of headphones, but I'm not sure if they are original Samsung headphones. Inside the box was nothing other than the phone itself, which was in excellent condition. The protective film was still attached to the back of the phone, but there was nothing on the screen to protect it. The phone arrived with 85% battery, so it's enough to set it up with ease. The error I had was that my phone model was not compatible with my AT&T service. The only compatible Note 20 models are US version models ending in a U. Luckily, I was willing to switch carriers and this phone started working with T-Mobile services right out of the box. If you're curious about the phone, it's beautiful, thin and has that curved glass screen we're familiar with. Warms up when charging. The battery drains faster than you would expect from a flagship phone. The camera produces beautiful images and is responsive. I don't like the layout of the buttons. They are all located at the top right of the phone. starting with the volume up/down buttons, then right below that is the power/Bixby button.
