Great price for this heated pad for back pain!
I use this product with clothes on and also underneath it when I want to use the heated feature. Otherwise I use it like a compression belt. I love it. It wraps so well around my body. It is wide which I like. I ordered a medium and it fits just right. It is for men and women so I would suggest that men orders the Large or XL size always. I love that it comes with a power bank so I won't have any problems with power source. And it is reasonably priced! Recommending it!
