I got this back brace to use as a heating pad only as its more convenient to have a heating pad that you can wear. I removed the metal braces, the heating pad attaches securely to the belt via velcro. You then plug it into the included 5000mah battery pack. A usb c to a cable is included to charge the battery pack, but the battery pack can charge using a usb c to c cable as well. I use this product with clothes on and also underneath it when I want to use the heated feature. Otherwise I use it like a compression belt. I love it. It wraps so well around my body. It is wide which I like. I ordered a medium and it fits just right. It is for men and women so I would suggest that men orders the Large or XL size always. I love that it comes with a power bank so I won't have any problems with power source. And it is reasonably priced! Recommending it!

I've always wanted to try a back pain heating brace especially because I get lower back pain occasionally. This one feels very comfortable and works pretty well. The heating is extremely nice and feels amazing. Getting the right size is important as this is not a one size fits all product. It's extremely portable and feels well made. I'd wait for this to be on sale since it's a little pricey.

Item is as described. It includes a rechargeable battery pack and heats up quickly. The size is a bit awkward for me, but works well for my husband. It is a back brace, so it is rigid. If you're on the shorter size, the rigidity and size of the brace might make it sit near your ribs. It took some adjusting for me to be able to find the right positioning, but in the end I did think it provided relief for back pain. I would recommend this item.

I use this more for lower back support when moving heavy items than the heat relief but it's nice to have the option when desired. The back brace feels comfortable and offers very good support with its five metal stays. The heating pad can be attached when desired to alleviate sore muscles and promote blood circulation.

Both my boyfriend and I tried the belt. The straps are adjustable to give varying sizes a good fit. The brace is well construced with quality materials to last for a long time. The brace feels good but the heating pad in the back didn’t do much to the difference I thought it would.
