Useful and effective
Item is as described. It includes a rechargeable battery pack and heats up quickly. The size is a bit awkward for me, but works well for my husband. It is a back brace, so it is rigid. If you're on the shorter size, the rigidity and size of the brace might make it sit near your ribs. It took some adjusting for me to be able to find the right positioning, but in the end I did think it provided relief for back pain. I would recommend this item.
