Lower back support for my opinion
I use this more for lower back support when moving heavy items than the heat relief but it's nice to have the option when desired. The back brace feels comfortable and offers very good support with its five metal stays. The heating pad can be attached when desired to alleviate sore muscles and promote blood circulation.
