Product description Wrong

The collar is beautiful and seems well made, for needlework, but the size description is wrong. Because the bow tie is sewn into the collar and doesn't stay in place like most, the collar can only be shortened to 11.5 inches rather than the 10-12 inches as advertised. So I have to go back.
