I'm glad I was able to skip smog on a 2005 Toyota Rav4 with this device, it fixed the errors I was having on my ODB2 reader. However, buyers should be aware that this is NOT a 100% OEM replacement. Be prepared to buy replacement screws. The lower cast iron nut that is part of the catalytic converter assembly SUCKS. I ended up drilling out the passenger side bolt to allow the bolt to go through the factory mounting bracket and fired the cast iron eyebolt and used the original factory locknut to tighten. install an aluminum heat shield on the top, again the mounting points on this unit are not fully aligned.
