I can't believe it took all the blackness off my wood stove window! From September to mid-April I used my wood stove every evening. The first wood I bought was well seasoned, leaving my window mostly clean. The last load of firewood was supposed to be seasoned, but it wasn't, and my window kept turning black. Vindex was useless. I bought this product hoping to get the most out of it and expecting to have to scrub it hard. To my delight and surprise, it worked! I simply applied a small amount to a piece of crumpled newspaper and spread over the glass, then wiped dry with another piece of newspaper and it removed ALL the black marks. I'm absolutely thrilled! I just rubbed a little harder on the badly blackened edges of the window, but it came off almost effortlessly. I'm so happy I can't stop smiling when I look at my wood stove.
