Not bad in general. Flash is smooth. The felt feels strong. Well sewn. Measurements are slightly different - more like 8.25"L x 2.6"W (base). The biggest problem I had was that most of the pockets are so tiny they are practically useless. They are simply sewn onto the main wall of the product, so as you go down they get smaller - only if you have a flat thing you can slide it all the way to the bottom of the bag. You just had to make a full length bag. In fact, I think if I left that, I'd rip open the middle row of seams to make a big pocket. However due to the size it doesn't fit very tightly in my pocket (I didn't get it for the NeoNoe so I don't know how it fits in this one) so I'm going back.
