They have worked very well on my hair, I have very thick long hair and 30 fits me and I have used medium sections and it has worked well. You need to make sure you angle the hook properly before pulling through the hair as some of the hair can come loose and hurt when you try to pull them out. If the hook were a little more closed around the section of hair, it might be less of a problem getting it on the hook and pulling it out, but you can get the hang of it and start getting it right most of the time if you know what you're doing I have in mind. And I don't know, maybe I'm just really tired, but sleeping in it was easy. I felt so comfortable I don't know what it was but they were really comfortable to sleep in and I had 30 on my mind. and it was perfect so I definitely recommend them, they are amazing, I've wanted them for a long time and I'm glad I bought them.
