Was skeptical about the purchase - don't lie. No more annoying neighbor's dog. I live in an apartment building. My neighbor has a small, shrill dog that barks at everything - at all hours of the day and night. I put it on the balcony and turned it on all the way. The next time I hear a dog bark, he half-barks and then whimpers in pain. Giving the dog some of its own medicine is sufficient.
