Soap dispenser not working.

The soap smells nice and is big enough to stay in my kitchen sink for a while. But the soap dispenser doesn't work. I have no intention of asking for my money back. Instead, I pour soap into a working dispenser. But I will not buy this product again until the packaging is fixed.
