First of all, be suspicious of all five-star reviews. I was harassed with five emails asking me to increase my rating and how they could compensate me. One even tried to feel guilty, saying he could lose his job. Seriously this is getting ridiculous so please stop asking me to change my rating. I think the 3 stars is fair for what I see as design flaws. The product is not terrible (1 star) but definitely not perfect (5 stars). I'm starting to have second thoughts about the company's tactics based on the emails I'm receiving. The flow control is too difficult to use as a bidet in my opinion. I first bought this style because I thought the pressure control option would be better than the simple thumb press sold on most hose style manual bidets. The sliding of the controls is very stiff and uncomfortable. I tried it for a week before deciding it was definitely bad design for me. Too much resistance to do this without looking directly at the nozzle when you turn the water on. If you try to use it without looking at it, you can easily lose control of the direction of your head and splash water on yourself and out of the toilet. If you're using it as a cloth diaper conditioner, then you're probably fine. Not recommended as a bidet. Overall, the construction and materials are solid. It's heavy and well built. Easy to install with no leaks. The performance just didn't match our purpose. I kept the parts but bought a new thumb trigger head to replace the one sold in this kit.
