I explained my problem to them, I think they spoke to their technician who said he was not aware of this problem before. They said they would refund the money or send another one. I told them that I need it for my terrarium asap. After 2 days another one was delivered to my receipt. 3 days after talking to them I had another one. I would have no problem buying from them again. It happens, but they quickly fixed everything.
