Flip the Velcro so the soft side is out.

I was going to leave a poor review but reread the description and it says to turn the soft side of the Velcro out. This should be the first thing they tell you. When it arrives the rough side is out and it is very uncomfortable to wear. I like the product so much more now. I dislocated my pinky finger and this is helping me straighten it out.
