I received a product that had a problem. I emailed Azuno on Saturday night and explained the issue while waiting for a response after the weekend. The next day (Sunday) I received a response that a new item had been dispatched and they apologized for the problem. I received the replacement part on Wednesday at 11:00 p.m. It's very incredible. My contact, Victoria, appears to be working seven days a week. That's why I buy from Revain.
