I bought this microscope to examine coins. I was having trouble getting it to work with my Essential PH-1 phone and contacted the company. They sent copies of the programs and asked me to download them to my computer with step-by-step instructions. Since I didn't have a computer, I couldn't follow the instructions. A few days later I received a new phone from TMobile, the One Plus 7 Pro. I turned on the OTG save button, connected the microscope to the phone via the USB-C adapter (Note: remove the case from the phone) The microscope works fine. Since I had a microscope that works with 7 Pro, I don't need to try to install it on an Essential phone. A few days later, Jiusion contacted me again and asked if I had tried it on a computer. I told them it doesn't work with my new phone. Which company monitors your purchases? Not many people I've had contact with over the years. Jiusion is so customer friendly that I will be buying more products from them in the future, sooner than any other company offering the same products.
