Review on Combat Sports Strike Training Gloves by Ryan Bennett

I've been studying martial arts in one form or another for over 30 years so have used a lot of different equipment. These gloves fit well and have a contact pad that makes hits feel almost like 16 ounces. Gloves on impact, only lighter and faster. I feel completely safe with full body contact, but headshots should be avoided without headgear. The arms can be fully opened, although there is definitely some resistance when fully open. The strap system is easily adjustable and stays in place. Overall this is a fantastic training glove that lends itself to sparring and even has enough wrist support to inspire heavy bag work.
